Im trying to creat a feature line from points and when i snap to the point it gives me a zero elevation - is there a way to accept the point elevation?
thanks
matt
If they are cogo points and you are snapping to the NODE and still getting a 0 elevation check you variable OSNAPZ and make sure it is set to 0 and not 1. If it is a regular point object with no elevation you can type the elevation you want on the command line after snapping to it.

If it's a Civil 3D point (and not a vanilla AutoCAD point), try the Point Object snap ( 'PO ).
You could also try ( 'PN ) to enter point numbers instead of picking them. For example (103,105, 106-109, 111).
Either method will require you to press Enter to accept the elevation for each point.
