Create paving surface between curbs created by corridor

Hi Everyone,

For a parking lot design with irregular curbing, I created a corridor for curb/gutter/sidewalk, around 3 sides of the lot, using assemblies and regions (file attached). Can anyone suggest how I might fill in the area between the curb corridor with a paving surface? I considered offset assemblies to a centerline feature line, but, since this lot won't have a centerline crown, the paving needs to go from curb flange to curb flange, which are actually the same point on the same assembly, from either side of the lot. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I did not inspect the drawing in its entirety but I would extract featurelines from corridor [curb flange only] join/close them then grade using an infill. Paste that surface into your corridor model or whatever surface you are after. Actually, I'm not exactly sure you can grade an auto corridor featureline. If not maybe explode them then convert to featureline? I'll have to try this sometime.

You can create a surface from the Link Codes.

First you need to fix the baseline errors

You do not need to extract FL. because of the base line errors I couldnt see how the surface is constructed. If you choos FL and choose the codes for flange, bc, tc.... it should triangulate across

Thanks Robert and everyone for the potential solutions. Extracting the gutter flange feature lines from the corridor worked best for me. I couldn't then create and infill grading since the corridor feature lines didn't form a closed polygon, and adding feature lines to connect and form a closed polygon wouldn't work, I then created a new surface and added the corridor feature lines as breaklines, which worked. Thanks

There’s is an easier way.

my first response.

and you can add feature lines as a baseline to your corridor and be all cohesive
