AFAIK there is no way to do this directly. Other than entering the values manually. If you can get the coordinates into a Script File (a text file with an SCR extension). You could create straight line polyline segments then create an Alignment from the polyline and edit it to add the curves. The format of the Script File is Easting,Northing. The AutoCAD Command to run it is Script.

polyline
9483.8070,9606.8060
8579.7409,9739.7847
8318.1030,10048.1120
7960.5508,10120.9918
7737.1592,10227.8891
7957.9924,10455.7706
8289.7703,10645.4074

Hi,

My method is something similar Allen's one.

Enter all the PI coordinates to a csv file including a point number which increases from start.

Import these points to dwg.

Then use transparent command 'pn to draw a polyline along the points.

Then convert it to an alignment using create alignment from object.

At this process;

1. If you use to create automatic curves then you can adjust the radius according to your needs through parameter editor (This is easy way).

2. If you don't create curves while creating alignment then you can manually set curves using edit geometry.

Thanks

1. Enter the coordinates of all the PCs and PTs.

2.  Connect them with lines.

3.  Use the Fillet "0" (zero) command and intersect all PIs. between the PCs and the PTs.

  (I said PC to PT)

That should do it.

Create the script file with the PCs & PTs., erase chords, proceed as per @wfberry .
