Corridor intersection gaps and extension problems

Tried many times (2 days ) to solve the problem(see attached files), still exists. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

i do not see files, but it seems that you did not apply targets for intersection,

you need use your secondary aligment and right offset of your primary aligment as targets for lanes (offset and elevation) for your intersection.
