Coordinates multiplied by factor of 1000

Hello everyone,

I have DWG that the coordinates are in mm. EX.: Y: 5060994386.0m X: 271750688.0m   After scaling the drawing by 0.001, I was able to see the DIM or Di in meters.  But, after exporting points, still having Y: 5060994386.0m X: 271750688.0m

Can't wait to fix this problem.

Welcome to the Civil 3D forums, this is a really interesting post. I see you are asking about a drawing to which seems to be displaying objects to the tune of Millimeters rather than the intended meters units. I wonder if you wouldn't mind posting the drawing. Preliminarily, I wonder if you were to go and set up the "units" in the drawing settings, in the settings tab if it would get your units displaying as expected. I look forward to your files, if you are not sure about posting them in a public setting, you could always put them into a online file repository and privately send me the download link. What I did to fix the problem, is  that I took 2 knoen locations with x,y, and scaled the drawing by 0.001  After, I moved the drawing to one of the 2 locations.  FYI, I did change the units to meters in the drawing settings.  I also changed some settings: as shown in the attachment.

Is there an easyer way to do all this?

I looked at your drawing, I agree that should fix it up. I used the commands Edit drawing settings in the Settings tab of the prospector, and set the units to Meters in there. I also typed in UNITS and set the units to Meters in that location. Finally I suggest using the INSUNITS to set the controls for the units for the conversion/ scaling when importing drawings. Other than doing that on the beginning of everything, the next iteration should be much better now that those things are set up. I think your post is the solution, that others would use to solve their issue if they had the same issue.
