Connect Cul De Sac corridor surface to existing road corridor surface

I have a new proposed main road leading into a subdivision. I have multiple side cul de sac roads I want to connect into the new proposed main road. To get the grading right, how do I get the cul de sac roads to grade into the main road surface and the existing ground surface where it does not overlap the main road surface.
