Conditional Horizontal Target

Attempting to use the conditional horizontal target.  Roadway is and overlay that will use the existing curb and gutter and have a new sidewalk that is 2ft from the back of curb.  There are multiple commercial and private entrances along the roadway, which will have a new depress curb and gutter.  In the past I have created an assembly for the overlay to the edge of pavement, then an offset assembly using the existing back of curb to attach the sidewalk.  A second assembly would be created for use at the entrances (depressed curb & gutter and driveway pavement).  Is there a way to use the horizontal condition target with an offset assemble?

I don't know the answer to your question. But Jeff Bartels has an interesting take on driveway targeting. I'm going to try it in my current project.

He more recently uses the newer subassembly  corridor transition capabilities for driveways now..
