Code Set Style LINK labels

I'm trying to set my LINK labels in my code set style for my cross sections however I'm getting much more than I want. I set the same label style for both my Pave and Sidewalk links. All I want to see is the slope% just like the Pave 2%. I'm not understanding why the sidewalk is giving me the "Vertical" label as well as the additional lower 1%. The style properties of the label are Link Grade. I have tried others but get the same results.

Is there an easy way to remove the extra labels or is this part of the code labeling of the sidewalk subassembly?

I went ahead and switched to a custom sidewalk SA that I have, and my label picked up the top link only. I'm still not sure how this works for labeling and if anyone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it.

Look at the help file for the subassembly. It shows which codes are assigned to each link. The programmer for the Urbansidewalk decided to use Sidewalk for all 4 sides of the sidewalk, unlike what was done for other subs.

Thank Jeff. Makes sense. I'll assume in the SA composer I can remove the extra link codes for Urbansidewalk? I have not done any editing on SA's so I'll walk with caution.
