Civil 3D surface not displaying in Navisworks

Hi, 

 

I'm using Civl 3D (2024) and trying to append a surface into Navisworks (2025) with no success. I'm aware that I need the Civil 3D object enabler installed, but I can't seem to find the link on the Autodesk website to find the file to download? Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
