civil 3d no point file format match found

Dear all Im continously getting an error of Civil 3d no point file format match found with this file below attached.What could be wrong?Thanks in advance.

You can't have a header in the file. Delete the header and it will work. Also, make sure you close Excel before you try again, or you will get the same message.

Open the file in excel, delete row 1, then save the file as a CSV comma delimited file type.   Import this CSV point file with a format of PNEZD.   That should do it.

Hi Kevin,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
I don't think Civil 3D can accept XLSX format for points. In Excel, save as "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)", as Mark @MMcCall402 suggested.
Todd @ToddRogers-WPM makes a good point about the header. I like headers because they tell you how the point data is arranged. So I add a "#" at the beginning of the row. That tells Civil 3D to ignore the first row.
