Try AUDIT.  If that does not work,

then try RECOVER.  If that does not work,

then try WBLOCK (if you can wblock the things you need... this may require two or more WBLOCK operations: one for ModelSpace and one for each Paperspace, then reassemble the parts).

What AutoCAD product and version are you using?

Did this happen on startup or when using a particular command?

Is this happening to all your drawings or just one and what type of objects reside in your drawing?

im using autocad LT 2018. after working 10 or 20 min it shows error or when i save file then it show error

Have you had the opportunity to try auditing and recovering drawing as @hencoop suggested? Here is AKN article on How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files which will help you on cleaning and repair a drawing file that has been damaged or corrupt. 

Please try the suggestions made in the articles provided and post back with any questions.

• AutoCAD crashes when saving, closing, or plotting a drawing 
• Fatal Error: c0150014h when saving a drawing in AutoCAD that was opened with double-click

I already contact Autocad support team by phone and they told me to update autocad hotfix 5.1.5 from autodesk desktop App. and i updated all from here and my problem solved.
