Civil 3D crashes when I type insert.

I am running Civil 3D 2025 and i have an issue trying to insert blocks. I system crashes every time. This is the error message I get.

Logged in with another account and same problem and we have the same issue on at least 2 computers now. Can I do a Repair or do I need to reinstall Program?

Make sure these are correct, available and not on a drive that is full.

If you're pathed to a network drive. The problem may lie there.

I think We may have found a problem. We have another program that is blocking a certain file from being created. Our IT people are working on it but I will check these directories as well. Thank you for your help

Another problem maybe the Civil 3D version. our one guy is using Civil 3d 23 and not having issues. Only the 2 with Civil 3d 25 are having problems

Your screenshot indicates an IT/login limitation issue, not much else.
Have you engaged your IT person yet? reset your 2025s yet? Your two 2025 users have something going on unique to you two (bad migrations perhaps).

Do you think it's related to the folder the thumbnails from the insert pallet use? We've had issues before where the read/write lag when pointing to a network causes strange errors when AutoCAD/C3D tries to create the tiny PNG thumbnails and cannot access it as fast as ACAD wants. Another time I've had an issue was when a drawing had a very large block definition in it and the Insert pallet would crash C3D.
