Hi @kalpeshpote,

Identify what Text style name is being used by default in most of your styles, and make any changes in that text style directly.

Hello
the text style in most styles is STANDARD; can you tell how I can change its name to another.

Can't you just make any changes inside that text style?

Or are you looking to get this into a Template for all other drawings?

You can rename it to something else, then make changes to it. This will also update the Style name in any feature default settings.

Ah, thats annoying.

My OOTB template (UKIE) has the 'Civil 3D Standard Text' style applied to all features. And this can be changed.

It may have to be opening up each feature and swapping out the Label Text Style with a new one. I cant see an overiding way of doing this. Hope someone can prove me wrong on this.

Try right clicking on the drawing name in Settings and hit the Edit Label Style Defaults.

I change the Standard Style to have whatever font I want to be standard. I only make other styles for text I don't want to be that font.

CTC Software has a tool in their civil products, CIM Manager Suite called Template Tracker that will allow you change any object or style using any text style to another that resides within your drawing. Open Template Tracker, set objects to text styles, select a text style and it will show you every reference that uses that style and then you can select multiples to swap with any other text style in that drawing.

I think ianjchap in response #9 has the right method for this.  Just be sure to press the child overrides and it will force that text style into all the label styles.
