We are having an issue since updating to Civil 3D 2021. We have one PC in the building that seems to have been able to create a network and continue to edit it. But trying on two other machines in the building, the option to CREATE a network is Grayed out. (The "OK" button is grayed out in the Create Pressure Network dialog box). When one of these machines tries to EDIT the created network it fails. For example, trying to add a appurtenance in-line on a pipe, results in the breaking of the pipe at the desired location, but it doesnt place the appurtenance, and seems to erase the remainder of the pipe beyond that point.
Anyone else having similar issues?
Thanks for the quick reply, but unfortunately, we have tried this multiple times and this has not helped....
Any other thoughts?
It ended up being a profile.arg issue for us. We had modified the shortcut link to load a custom arg. If used the default shortcut link, the problem didn't arise. I would suggest using a new profile.arg and see if it fixes your problem.....
I have the same issue with the OK button grayed out..
I have attempted a repair.. no change
I have attempted a reinstall.. no change
I have set the pipe catalog.. no change
I have reverted back to the default profile.. no change.
Any other potential fixes, service packs, hot fixes?
Are you using the DEFAULT shortcut icon? Or did you modify the link to load a custom profile.arg? Starting with a custom profile and then switching to default profile while the app is open did not work for us. we had to let the default profile load on startup....
We eventually found a copy of the profile.arg, that was apparently not corrupted with this and have shared that around the office to fix.
I have this same problem with the OK button greyed out. Has anyone figured out a solution to this???
