Can't uninstall Civil 3D

Win10 x64 1909 Pro on a home computer

Civil 3D 2020

When trying to uninstalling it, it shows an error:

Failed to load
c:\users\yingx\appdata\local\temp\_ai63d7.tmp\setup\contentpackui.dll (127)!

after press "OK", it shows another error:

ContentPackFinalize was not found in
C:\users\yingx\AppData\Loca l\Temp\_AI68D7.tm p\Setup\ContentPackUl.dll!

The reboot doesn't solve the problem.

How to solve it?

Just substitute 2020 for all 2019's for a clean uninstall.
