Broken Concrete Hatch

So the broken concrete hatch bug is back in 2017.

Yes I have changed the origin of the hatch with no luck

Yes the hatch is located not close to the origin of the drawing (long ways away)

Are you using an OLD hatch pattern file? What fixed the issue was Autodesk carrying the decimal precision to 8 decimal places:

*AR-CONC, Random dot and stone pattern
50, 0,0, 4.12975034,-5.89789472,....

Don't suppose you can post a portion of the drawing that is showing the problem?

Thanks, it is wierd. New hatch I create next to yours is fine. In fact, I can match hatch that is messed up and it shows up correctly in the new hatch. In the large drawing file I am working in...some (not all) of the hatch shows up incorrect, even the stuff I making right now.

Thx tho

Hatch patterns come with there own ORIGIN these days, if you set the origin of the hatch pattern near your location all should work just fine and as expected. The reason for the break-up in the hatch is you at a high coordinate value.

set hatch origin, select bottom left corner, hatch gets fixed:

Ok. Here's another twist.

C3D 2017. Latest fixes and SPs.

I have a hatch base file with concrete hatching. Origin points are set close to hatch and concrete hatch looks fine.

Xref this base file into sheet file and hatching is fine.

Print the modelspace sheet file to PDF and hatching is fine.

Go to paperspace layout and hatch in viewport "looks" fine.

Print paperspace layout to PDF or paper, and hatch is broken.

Go to modelspace, hatch looks fine, go back to paperspace, and hatch is broken.

This is totally bizarre, and happening quite frequently lately.

Update:

One thing I forgot to check before posting and this fixed my issue.

DON'T use annotative hatching!

Once I changed the hatch in my base to be non-annotative, it fixed itself and worked fine.

I fixed this by switching off graphics acceleration and setting the HPANNOTATIVE variable to 1.
