All crowns maintained Intersection design issue

Hi all,

I previously created an entire working model of a residential road design but was told that it should have been set up as 'all crowns maintained' and not just 'primary crown' so I had to start again. I got some good advice on how to set up the project in a better way but now I have an intersection issue.

The corridor isn't modelling correctly. I have checked the targets and attempted many different variations to fix it but it doesn't work. I cant admit to knowing a lot about it so I am hoping it is a simple fix, so apologies if it is and I have missed it. I get a notification that reads "One or more of the secondary road profiles cannot be locked at this intersection in Civil 3D" before I the intersection is created, I have tried altering the profiles but this has not been successful.

I have attached the object viewer and a screenshot of the target, as well as the DWG for reference.

Any help will be much appreciated as this is proving very frustrating.
