I am trying to export an STL file.
I usually don't have this issue, but for whatever reason this shape is not round
Facetres is set to 10 & FacetDev is set to 4 (these are my defaults)
I have used BREP (as I usually do when building shapes from mechanical plans)
When I got the print finished, it was indeed "faced" not round - it was a first print just to test the scale thickness of things, and they are indeed too thin for the SLA resin. (This is a 1/32 scale US Mk25 Aerial Mine from WW2 in case you are wondering)
Is there another fineness command I am forgetting about?

Here is the shape in 3D Module of Civil 3D
It is a cylinder and sphere for the main body and a revolved 'ellipse"-ish polyline for the tail fairing.
Could you upload your model as DWG so we can check the UNITS and the model size. Then we could also export the model as STL to reproduce your problem.
Since this is more of a general AutoCAD 3D question, you might get more and better answers in the AutoCAD forum.

Could it be just a simple graphics card issue. Not all are created equal.

Good idea, no different.
Here is the CAD file.
Large item in the center is the full size item, smaller items to the side are in standard modeling scales of 1/72, 1/48 & 1/32. The image I posed was the 1/32 version, but all four export with the same roughness.
I think if it were just the graphics card, the printed model would be smoother, but they match.
The solution is quite simple after I could examine your file.
You have placed your models at very high coordinate values (UTM ?).
Move all objects close to the origin
Command: _MOVE _ALL 1100017.344,569850.5092 0.0,0.0
and the STL export should be as expected.

Weird ... whoodathunk coordinates would have been that important.

Unfortunately, Autocad is notorious for not liking high coordinates that's evident in hatch patterns as well, be interesting to see if you set a new base point near your model if the problem disappeared, might also help others with a similar issue in the future.
