Profile Hatching

Where does the profile hatching setting live? I would like to change our standard in our template but can't seem to find where it is under the toolspace settings.

I believe you are looking for Toolspace > Settings tab > Profile View node > right-click > Edit Feature Settings ... > Default Styles > Cut/Fill Area Shape Style:

If you are looking to change a specific style, they are listed under Toolspace > Settings tab > General node > Multipurpose Styles > Shape Styles.
