I want to export text boxes to a comma delimited file

My end goal is to pair 2 sets of data together based on the proximity of their lat and long. To do that I need to figure out how to export a layer of text boxes to PNEZD; which I can then run thru excel to match the data.

Is it possible to export text boxes with lat and long data?

The red X and text are my COGO points and the purple text is a multi-line annotation "textbox"

My end goal is to take the purple text and input it into the name box for each point based on proximity. So that every purple name is input into the closest red cogo point.

Thank you for your help @Jeff_M I ended up figuring it out this morning at work. The Extract Data command on the Insert ribbon allowed me to export the Value (text) and the easting/northing that will allow me to combine the data with my closest COGO points.

Glad you got that figured out. Sorry I wasn't able to come back to this until now.
