Dynamic Block Stretch Action Not Moving Attributes

I am trying to create a dynamic block for section referencing. This includes attribute definitions for referencing. The stretch command is not moving some of the attribute definitions though. i have edited the selections a few times but no dice. What am I doing wrong? I am modeling my block kind of similar to this video below, and have included my block as is.

@b.johnson.4204  Set the Attribute Definition "Lock Position" property to true for those 2 attribute's. You also need to change the Tag for the CXXX attribute on the right so it is different than the one on the left.

@Jeff_M

I was able to fix this with your help and have added a rotate function for the text boxes so they can be plan readable. I was able to successfully do this for the callout to the left, but for some reason when I go to add the rotate grip/ action to the right callout it won't work. Any idea why?

@b.johnson.4204 the Angle3 parameter and grip for the right side need to be added to the selection sets for the Distance1 and Angle1 parameters. The S2 attribute needs to be added to the Angle3 selection set.

The rotate grip is not showing up for the rotate 2/ angle 3 is my main issue. I hadn't edited those selection sets yet because the rotate on the right callout wasn't appearing.

Did you look at the dwg I posted? It shows that grip. It was way off to the side so wasn't showing until I added it to the selection sets.

This is something I run into when creating dynamic blocks. If you insert the block, modify the insert with one of the dynamic grips, then go back to the editor and add more parameters, they will show up in that insert based on the block not having been grip edited. It is always best to add things to the selection sets of existing parameters if they would need to be moved with the other objects. If something doesn't look right after closing out of the block editor, delete the existing insert and add a new one so it will match the block definition.

I somehow missed the drawing you posted, sorry! I actually started over and added the stretch component last with the updated selection set and that did the same thing. Thank you!
