Surface Wrap doesn't work

Hi,

When I use Obj, Stl, Sat, SKP and etc... file formats surface wrap doesn't work and CFD hangs 😞 why this useful option didn't work clearly?? because we use different modeling software and CFD shows it can import any file formats that mentioned above but when I use CFD hangs 😞

here I attached my SAt file that exported from Revit and FBX that exported from skecthup.

Best.

STL models can be imported directly into Autodesk CFD, but this workflow assumes a solid model. CFD also checks the representation for proper connectivity - meaning that the model is "water-tight."

The surface wrapper is similar in that a solid model is assumed.
