Change colour of solid components on plane

Hi,

I'm looking to export some images from Autodesk CFD of a plane view. My model contains fluid and solid components and I want to visualise velocity magnitude. Is there a way of changing the colour of the solid components in a plane view to a set colour. I can see you can do this when looking at global contours, but not on the plane view.

Thanks

Hello Nathaniel,

Right clic on your velocity bar and change the scale

Hi @Anonymous

You are right, when creating a cut plane the value displayed on the cut plane is the value you selected. If you change the color of a component it will be applied on the outer surfaces of the component and not the plane.

Sorry, but I don't see how you could do what you asked.

Best Regards

Hi,

Thanks for the information. It's a shame that does not work for cut planes.

I think I will edit the solid component colour on external software.

Thanks
