Airfoil LIFT/ DRAG Calculation

Hello,

I'm an absolute beginner in CFD and I want to calculate lift, drag, Cl and Cd for an airfoil in 3D.

Could someone explain the Wall Calculator method?

Additionaly, can this be applied to analyze a more complex aircraft wing?

Have a look at this, it's 2D but will give you an idea of the mesh levels required and the overall setup needed.
