Our Entire Team has Lost Access to All BIM 360 Team Projects

Non of my team can access from Revit any of our BIM 360 Team projects? Everyone in the company gets the same error message...

"You do not have access to the BIM 360 Team project for this model". This was working fine last week and the autodesk health site says that there is no problems on with the cloud.

Please help.

I've got the same error this morning.

I think it's a global problem.

We have offices in USA and the Middle East, and both offices don't have access.  Where is your office located?

Our offices are in Dubai and Brazil. Our Brazil team don't work on Sundays but I will ask them to check if they report similar issues connecting to the service tomorrow.

We are in Dubai too.  We also checked and our Los Angeles office doesn't have access either.

The problem seems to have been resolved. Our teams also have access back to their projects now, thanks all.

Hi all,

Today is our turn to lose access to the projects. It's happening with us (SP - Brazil) and with a partner office in NY, both with projects hosted by us and by them. About 80% of the team lost access to all projects.

The strange thing is that we get a message mentioning C4R, and we don't even have it.

Already contacted support, but no news until now.

Hi there,

Please see the following Blog post about Collaboration 4 Revit.

As I see it, you've been using C4R without having a license (as you didn't strictlt need to) now, they started to reenforce this since yesterday.

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-collaboration-forum/c4r-subscription-enforcement-starts-october...

Hope that explains.

This just happened to us today.  Still trying to figure out what's going on.  Got to work in the morning and couldn't access any of the projects or connect to BIM360 on Revit.
