Files not showing up

When I go to our BIM 360 Team page in a browser, the file list does not include files uploaded yesterday from Revit. I've refreshed the view, logged out and back in, etc. The screenshots below will show what appears when in the browser, and what appears when I use "open" from Revit and click B 360 as the file location.

Hi there,

I would suppose that somehow the upload has failed yesterday.

Now what you are seeing in Revit could be a local residual. Have you tried opening the files from Revit?

I suggests you open the missing files and try to save them back in under a different name.

Hope that helps!

The files open fine in Revit. Everything is working perfectly. I just
wondered why they aren't showing up in the browser view of the very same
team.

Hmm,...

When you have one of the models open that are not in BIM 360, do the usual buttons in the C4R toolbar show?

Could you click 'Manage Cloud Models', see if they are listed and try to publish them?

I hope that helps.

All of the usual buttons in Revit under the Collaborate menu work as
intended. When I click on Manage Cloud Models, all of the files I would
expect show. It's only in the browser when I'm at the Team page that the
files don't show accurately.

Hi,

Ok, have you tried to publish a change on the missing models as I suggested?

That did it. I didn't realize there was a additional step necessary to
"publish" files to the cloud. Thanks.
