I just keep getting message that the file is preparing for viewing but nothing is happening?

Hi there,

If you say that you 'keep getting' the message ,what timespan are we talking about?

In general, it might take quite some time for the translation engine to understand your file and generate a viewable out of it.

If you waited longer than 24 hours already, it might also be an issue specific to your file.

I just tested with one of my ifc's and it was faster than ever I must say,
