Desktop Connector uninstall error

Having a problem uninstalling Autodesk Desktop Connector v12.4 from one PC. Half-way through the uninstall it pops up an error --

Error getting file security:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CDX\WD\...\SymLinks\BIM 360-workspace\...\...

GetLastError:123

I have bleeped out part of the path name here. But on the PC, when I tried to access the full path listed in the error message, Windows tells me the path is too long (over 260 characters).

How can I work around these two problems? Can I just manually delete that folder? I'm guessing it's BIM 360 cache data?

That directory is a temporary "working directory" used for Desktop Connector.  With Desktop Connector not running it is safe to delete the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CDX\WD\ directory.  Once that is finished, retry the uninstall.
