Thanks for sending in your question and I missed seeing this before. Do you already have an A360 Account and signed up for the trial. Can you tell us what is unavailable for you? There was no down time reported on Friday or over the weekend.

Hi !

The problem has been identified by one of my contacts at Autodesk France

It is due to the fact that the navigator(Explorer, Chrome,..) is not in english version regarding the language

By setting it temporary, it solves the problem
