no upload to project folder

I am new to BIM 360 and I have just downloaded the 30 day trial version. I can't upload onto the project folder I just created two .nwd files that are each 35 MB in size. The upload does not even start. Is this normal? Am I missing anything?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your question. Can you tell us what browser you are using? If it's Internet Explorer, can you try Chrome and see if that works for you?

I too am having the same problem.  I am using the latest version of Chrome browser

File upload just hangs.

Thanks for posting to the forums. Can you try deleting the browser cache and cookies, then try uploading again to see if that works.

I have another issue with not getting email notifications on file uploads/modifications.
