NWD. file doesn't render properly in BIM360

Hello,

I need to coördinatie a project I'm working on. Since all parties are working in different BIM-software, it has been chosen to use Navisworks as a coördination tool. The NWD. file is uploaded to BIM360 to make it visible to everyone.

However, rendering the NWD. file to the BIM360 environment is not going well. Abstract shapes are appearing. When navigating through the model, the shapes become even more abstract and blurry.

When the NWD file is downloaded and opened in NavisWorks itself, there are no issues. However, we would like it to work properly on BIM360 as well.

Does anyone know what the issue might be and can help me with this?
