Attachment on Issues failure to display on BIM360 Mobile App

As I have created a issue with attachment (Capture) on BIM360 web, I can review the attachment when I click into it.

While I used the BIM360 Mobile App (IOS), I can see the attachment but nothing show up when I click into the attachment, even the thumbnail shows nothing.

How can I fix the problem?

BIM360 Mobile: Version 2.12.1 (Tried both on iPhone and iPad)
BIM360 in WebBIM360 in Mobile

Hi @Anonymous,

In order to view issue attachments on BIM 360 iOS app, you need to go to the Activity tab and click on the attachment to view it. Please let me know if this helps. 

If you have any feedback that you would like to submit regarding any enhancement, please click on the “BIM 360 IdeaStation” link on the BIM 360 community home page.  This will help the Project Manager and developers hear your voice on any changes/concerns with functionality directly for consideration in future builds.
