Issue with Linking DWG from BIM360 Desktop Connector

Hi,

One of our projects and related documents are now on BIM360 however we are not able to link the CAD files from BIM360 or open them from BIM360 Design.

During a BIM360 training session with SolidCAD, our instructor was able to link CAD files in Revit models from the desktop connector.

I am able to navigate to the folder in BIM360 but there is an error when I open the folder from Revit or AutoCAD. Please see screenshot below.

Do you see the same error when you navigate to this location using the Windows File Explorer?

Yes it is. Ideally there should not be any inconsistency in the BIM360 Docs contents no matter which viewer I am using. This is causing us lot of trouble.
