Hi,

We tried to publish one 3D view directly from Revit, but the linked models are not visible in the view. Please advise.

Thanks,

Bujair

Would you be able to let me know how did you upload this linked files? Did you uploded via BIM 360 Docs or C4R(Collaboration for Revit)?

Thank you and I look forward to your reply.

Hi @Bnilath,

Thanks for your reply. Here is the workaround for your issue, please have a try:

  1. Upgrade all your models to Revit 2018 and save.
  2. Upload your models via BIM 360 Docs again and check the result.

Hope this could help. And please keep me updated with your latest result and let me know if you need more help.

Thanks and best regards
