PIX4D Card in BIM 360 Insight

My customer wants me to load PIX4D data in Insight. I have loaded the card, but I am not sure how the URL works. We have loaded Matterport data using a link as that is simple, but the PIX4D data is localized unless I process in the cloud. I have done that as well, but the link does not work when I point to it. What am I doing wrong...thank you in advance.

i think you will need to contact https://support.pix4d.com/ for help, the partner card just uses a url to show the required data.

I was using CHROME...you are right! It works in MS EDGE!!  Thank you !

I'm using chrome too, and all works fine. Try to detect, maybe some extensions cause failure.
