I have two files with the same exact name. Instead of overwriting BIM 360 has now duplicated the file inside the same folder and now my model wont sync to the latest file.

I have never had this issues before where two files that are named exactly the same and live in the same exact folder in BIM 360 Docs do not overwrite. the files in question are both named "СAF-SITE-EL.nwc". As you can see in the attached snap shots. They are both in the same location. Instead of creating versions 10 and 11 of this model. I now have 2 files with the same exact name. This is causing issues as now most recent NWC file wont sync with my model. I have to append the second duplicate file and hide the old one. I have made absolutely sure that the files have the same exact naming convention and that all characters, spaces and case are matching. Has anyone come across this issue? Where you able to fix it? Or is this something i need to contact Autodesk Support about?
