Docs: not able to start the workflow...

Hi, @lim.wendy 

We started a number of workflows and one workflow shows a message in red that BIM360 is not able to start the workflow. I can not open the workflow to change or to cancel this process.

At this moment I started a new workflow with the same documents, and that is not showing this. 

How can I cancel this workflow
