another similar issue with recognition that kind of forces us to spend tremendous time on publish/review and be extremely attentive is misinterpreting letters for numbers and vice versa, example below:
this could have been avoided by some machine learning excercise, not sure, just thinking out loud

May I ask what's your default language of the browser when you were adding the title blocks?
From the first picure, it seems the text is not recognised as English.

1.Could you please describe how did you add the title and number in defining title block step, like describing the blue rectangle box covered area when you define the title in the title block image? a screenshot would be really appreciated.
