Hi, we have been working on BIM360 for the past 2 months, it is very, very slow. In terms of navigating the folders/menus, uploading/downloading, model viewing and interrogation.

Our Internet connection is reasonable at 70 Mbps and we are getting 17 KBs download speeds from BIM360, for example. This has been going on for a while now, I was thinking it was just internet bandwidth or something, but it hasn't got any better over time.

Wow... Just, wow. You do realize that this may not have anything to do with Autodesk? It's more than likely a AWS issue that Autodesk has no control over.

So what exactly is your suggestion?  AWS did not push an entire industry onto a cloud based collaboration tool/approach that was not ready to support the industries processes.

That is a great point. But... I am working off our local server 20' away and we see long load times in our group and some days it's worse than others. So is it a Revit issue? Are their other issues not part of autodesk like individual user settings. Is there some tangible results we can get or are we on a wild goose chase?

Why is autodesk so horrible. Nothing works as should for paid software. Lazy developers, Greedy CEOs

Your comments would be more appropriate in the product feedback forum.

We talk to our AD rep (which changes constantly) about our displeasure and I assure you they are aware of these complaints from enough people. We never see any action of the AD rep coming back to assist with tangible solutions.  The answer is usually it is an AWS issue, but if the platform you develop is dependent on AWS shouldn't you have these issues addressed.  I would love to know the overall cost impacts of this issue on the industry.
