Recently added member can't login to plan

I have recently added a new member to my project on plan. He has received the invite and has set his username and password; however he is unable to login. After the login screen he has entered his details and clicks "login" but then he just gets a white screen with some writing in the top corner. He has tried on multiple browsers and computers all with the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
