BIM 360 OPS 3D MODEL EXPORT FROM REVIT

Hi we have two issues:

1. A model from revit 2020 export via selected assets to OPS does not show any 3D model available, under 3d model it is showing "None".

2.Where a 3d model has been sucessfully uploaded onto OPS from Revit, once we trying to update one assets' information in revit and re-export, 3D model is no longer available on OPS.  

Any resolution or similar issues please?

It is a standalone revit model, and default 3D has been checked with all elements visible.
