How do i create a ticket from an external analytics solution? For example, we detect a fan belt breaks on an air handling unit, how would the controls/analytics system communicate to 360 ops and open a ticket for lead engineer automatically?

Many of these systems create an email alert. Those emails can be automatically processed into tickets. If you are interested in learning more, please message me.

You would create the ticket on the iPad or iPhone while using the BIM 360 Ops app while a tech is working in the field.
