Currently its possible to view the "Last Sign In" date on the Members tab of a hub that you have Admin level access to.
What you cant do however, is access that data via the API, tell when the last time a user used a specific service they may be invited to use, or see when the last time a user used an entitlement on a hub that you do not have access to.
An example of that would be the BIM 360 Design entitlement. A user can use their entitlement to access and work on projects on other companies hubs. So checking the last sign in on my hub where I am an Admin, would not give me an accurate window into their usage of the seat overall.
I would at least like the API to allow this kind of data to be accessible for reporting, but really I would prefer these reporting tools to be available in the service itself to allow for more intelligent and accurate counts of usage for companies.
