Support Push Pin Visibility for 2D Sheets and Views in Revit

Support Push Pin Visibility for 2D Sheets and Views in Revit

I know that according to FAQ #10 push-pins are not currently supported for 2D Views and Sheets in Revit Issues add-in. But I would like to ask if that is possible to do, since most of the issue comments we have are on the sheets, not in 3D.

Pressing on issue does open the sheet view in Revit, but it is blank and opening it almost makes no sense as push pin is not visible. Still have to open the issue in the web browser.

I'm having the same issue, is this resolved now? The links that were provided here is not found unfortunately.

@johnericsons yes, it is available since Revit Issues add-in V7.0.0.

@konstantin_sm I also saw that but I'm just wondering why it's now showing in my 2D sheet views. I'm lost on what to do to make it appear.

They still have this in the limitations.

Can you see them in your sheets now?

@johnericsons  yes, I can see it in ACC and in Revit

If you are using the latest addin and your sheet is published in ACC then I can't help you, because "it works for me" 😄

@konstantin_sm are you using the latest addin? I just installed it in my computer. 😄

Good for you, hoping it will show in ours as well.

We'll try the disabling of other add-ins method, that's the last resort 🙂

Thanks for the feedback.

@konstantin_sm what Issue Addin are you using right now? I will try installing that and see if it fixes this issue on my part.

@johnericsons I am currently using v7.0.1

@konstantin_sm I got it now, I think the problem is I'm still using the BIM360 platform, not the ACC one. I tried it on the ACC platform, and it works there. This is a case closed now 🙂

Thank you
