My design team has been using the Issues tool in ACC to allow clients to view 3D model files and make comments. The problem we have is that the permissions mean the overall list of issues includes internal (design team) issues that we may not want the client to see. Even if the model is not on their permissions list, the client sees the internal issues.
How to overcome this:
The issues list for clients and contractors comments need to be partitioned from the internal design team list. It would be an extra layer of permissions within the issues tool. Visibility of internal design issues would not normally be available for contractors and clients.
This will also benefit the design team not seeing client issues that are just comments on features not model "issues".
