In the Account Admin page it would be super helpful if you could add a column labeled "License." Green check box for license assigned, red X for no license assigned. This will allow us to easily see who has a license attached to their name and who doesn't.
If you use the STATUS filter on the member directory page at the account level, you can filter to only active, pending or inactive users. Both active and pending users consume license but inactive users don't.
Are you specifically looking for Revit license (RCW) assignment or Design Collab license? The active status meaning the user is consuming some type of BIM 360 license, it can be document management, design collab etc. and it does not include Revit license (RCW) assignment in the list.
For all that are following this, I've been chatting with Autodesk via private messages. My original request is still valid. In the account management page, the "Status" column simply shows whether or not someone has been invited to a project. You can add people to BIM 360, and you can add people to projects without them having a BIM 360 license. Per the original request, I would like to see what name is attached to an actual license.
Is this still "Under Review"? How can I verify that people from outside my company are being invited and added to our projects using their own BIM 360 Design license? This is a must have for account managers to accurately track how our licensing (=$$$) is being utilized in BIM 360.
And Still Needed in ACC Build... You need to be able to both see the license status and also Filter based on the license status... oh and then I guess it would be helpful to be able to edit an attribute for multiple users once they are filtered so you don' need to click into each one individually.
The lack of refinement in user management is disappointing now that the product is getting more mature.
