I realize that BIM 360 is continuously evolving and that roles were recently expanded. It appears that two major roles are overlooked:
From time-to-time we must allow access to our Sales force to view project documents & data to be able to keep the Customer informed of project progress.
Additionally, Every one of our projects, like all projects, has a deliverable component at several stages:
- Initial design review with customer comments (perfect for using Markups)
- Final design submittal
- Any revisions
- Project completion
- PDFs
- AutoCAD Drawings
- Other project documentation
We do have a Customer Folder in DOCs and give limited access to the customer and sales when needed. It would be nice to have accurate roles for these individuals
