RFI Distribution List - Need to be able to assign by Role
We have a large number of people on our various RFI Distribution lists. Having to select 30+ people each time is a waste of time and energy. I have created RFI Distribution Roles, but I cannot add them to my Distribution list without manually selecting each one. Using the @ in the activity tab sends the group an email, but they cannot open the RFIs.
