In the spirit of being able to be predictive in analytics being able to create a Category Attribute to sort Issues and RFI's is pretty important. I want to be able to know Discipline or type of issues we are repeating on project and company basis. This goes straight to the bottom line of our work. If I can track or look at trends based on Types of issues/RFI's then I can begin to focus on critical improvements to the business.
