Resend reminder notification just before due date

When creating an Issue, RFI, Review, and so on, a notification is send once to the assignee.

If this person forgets to respond, it is important that BIM 360 sends a reminder notification just before the due date.

This is something we could really do with as well, as at present I have to check for outstanding reviews on a weekly basis and send out reminders

Hello @Anonymous.spitler, any update?  My search brought me here but yielded nothing else.  I am in the process of migrating my organization from our previous construction cloud software and this was key functionality in the old system.   We have hundreds of users in a project and many would not login to Build unless instructed by email.

From the original request 3 years ago, I would add in that anything that has a Response Due feature should include an automated emailing functionality.  In particular, the Change Order approval workflow is where we are having trouble getting our process operational.

Another nice feature would be for idle Forms--if a form of a specified template type is left draft without update for X days, submit reminder to whomever is in control.  Thanks!

This is the number one question I get asked from my site team regarding the whole platform.

BIM 360 is great at sending emails you don't want, and not sending the emails you do. Of all the emails, Due Date reminders is possibly the most critical.
